These terms apply to the Pet Travel Pal pilot planning service.
Pet Travel Pal is a personalized planning and guidance service for people flying internationally with their own cat or dog. We research requirements, organize timelines, and prepare a written plan reviewed by a person.
We do not transport pets, book flights or veterinary appointments, provide veterinary care, give legal or immigration advice, or guarantee entry at any border. Final decisions rest with airlines, veterinarians, and government authorities.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the trip details, pet records, and documents you give us. Plans are built from what you provide, so incomplete or incorrect information can produce guidance that does not fit your trip.
You are responsible for making your own bookings, attending appointments, and submitting official paperwork on time.
Access to the pilot is by invitation. Accounts are personal to the invited traveler and must not be shared. We may end or change the pilot, including its scope and supported routes, as the service develops.
Documents you upload are stored privately and are only accessible to you and the Pet Travel Pal team reviewing your case. Uploaded documents are scheduled for deletion 60 days after your plan is delivered.
Pet Travel Pal provides information and planning support, not a guarantee of any travel outcome. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for missed flights, denied boarding, denied entry, quarantine, or other travel consequences.
