Planning support, from first question to travel day
Pet Travel Pal takes the scattered requirements of international pet travel and turns them into one plan you can follow. Here is exactly what that looks like.
1. Tell us about your trip and pets
You fill in a guided intake: your travel dates, departure city, destination, whether your pet flies in cabin or as accompanied baggage, and details about each cat or dog — age, breed, size, microchip, and vaccination history. It takes about ten minutes and you can come back and edit it.
2. We do the research, carefully
We gather the requirements that apply to your specific route and pet from official sources, and organize them into one structured picture instead of a pile of links. Technology helps us keep this consistent and current; it is never the last word.
3. You receive a clear travel timeline
Every step is placed on a real date, working backwards from your flight: microchip and rabies timing rules, veterinary appointments, endorsement windows, and booking deadlines. You can see what has to happen this week versus next month.
4. A person reviews your plan
Someone with firsthand international pet travel experience reads your plan end to end before it reaches you, checks it against your dates, and flags anything tight or unclear. That review is the product.
5. You review your Pawsonalized Plan
Your plan lives in a private portal: requirements, appointments, forms and documents, airline notes, and a travel-day checklist. Upload documents as you collect them so nothing goes missing in your inbox.
6. Get answers before you travel
Things change — dates move, a vet is booked out, an airline updates a rule. Message us in the portal and we will update your plan and tell you what that means for your timeline.
Planning support is not pet relocation
This is the difference people most often ask about, so we want to be blunt about it.

What we do not do
- Physically transport, ship, or escort pets
- Book your flights or your pet’s travel space
- Provide veterinary care, diagnoses, or medical advice
- Issue, sign, or endorse official certificates
- Give legal advice or represent you with any authority
- Guarantee that a border official will admit your pet
