Contact details you give us, your trip details, information about your pets, and the travel documents you upload — for example rabies certificates, microchip records, and itineraries.
Basic account information needed to keep your portal account secure.
We use your information solely to research, prepare, review, and deliver your personalized travel plan, and to contact you about your case. We do not sell your information.
Uploaded documents are held in private storage. They are never publicly accessible; access happens through short-lived links available to you and to the Pet Travel Pal team reviewing your case.
Uploaded documents are scheduled for deletion 60 days after your plan is delivered. You can ask us to delete your documents or your account at any time by writing to hello@pettravelpal.com.
You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or withdraw marketing consent at any time.
